He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman Fuller and Francis Rena Fuller (Sluss); his son John R. Fuller, Jr.; and his siblings, Connie Goins, Charles "Muss" Fuller and Gifford Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Pat" Fuller (Dotson) of Sale Creek; and his children, Dr. Mike Fuller (Shelia) of Cleveland, Keelan Fuller (Shannon) of Sale Creek, Karen Elsea of Graysville, Tonya Stepp (Ken) of Dayton and Chastity Fuller of Sale Creek. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, and his five great-grandchildren.
