He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Lee and William Carlton Gothard of Sale Creek, TN; and his sisters, Shirley Varner, Peggy Clark of Dayton, TN and Betty Young (Joe) of Sale Creek, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many special friends.
