He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Green and Ruth Green; his siblings, Leroy Green, Lenora Mikel and Betty Trantham; and his nephew Jeremy Green.
He is survived by: his wife Helen (Fuller); his sons, Jeffrey (Chiquita), Tim (Jennifer) and Bradley (Tanya); and his brothers, Melvyn (Jean), Kenneth (Nadine) and Rodney (June). He is also survived by six grandsons, two granddaughters.
