He was predeceased by: his grandson Bryce Fugate; and his brother Hershel Burton. He is survived by: his daughters, Audrey Headrick (Mike) of Signal Mountain and Casey Fugate (Richard) of Graysville; his grandchildren, Alex Headrick, Emma Headrick, Karlea Fugate and Waylon Fugate; and his sisters, Anita Gibson of Soddy-Daisy, Ruth Tennyson of Sale Creek and Oddie Hindman of Soddy-Daisy.
