It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Thomas of Sale Creek, Tennessee, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Thomas and Lona Thomas; and his siblings, Wilma Faye Gregory, Georgia Brenda Poe, Orville Thomas and T. J. Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Alvarena Thomas of Sale Creek; his children, Rhonda Hale (Douglas) of Sale Creek and Stanley Wayne Thomas (Carrie) of Sale Creek; his siblings, Nyoka Yearwood of Soddy Daisy and Rev. Arthur "Glennis" Thomas of Niota; his grandchildren, Amanda Hale Smith (Devin), Steven Douglas Hale, Hunter Wayne Thomas (Karlie), Corey Lynn Thomas and Cassie Grace Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Grace Hale, Tinley Grace Smith, Timothy Nash Smith and Elijah Peyton Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
