He was predeceased by: his wife Lorene Fowler Heathcoat; his son Jimmy Lee Heathcoat; his siblings, Travis Adams and Joyce Tidwell; his mother Effie Lang The; and his grandson Michael Heathcoat.
He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Heathcoat St (Reba) and Lonnie Joe Heathcoat St (Gloria); his daughter-in-law Mary Heathcoat St; his brother Charles Lee Adams (Margaret); his grandchildren, DaRhonda McDowell (Wink), Tracy Smith (Kendrick), Mark Heathcoat (Kimberly), Amanda Hamilton (Rickey), Kristy Heathcoat, Misty Ward (Johnny) and Brandon Heathcoat; and his great grandchildren, Quinton Hamilton, Quaina Hamilton, Makenzie Schneider (Marek), Jacob Novem, Quillen Hamilton, Gage Sewell, Carli Novem, Teegan Ward, Grayson Smith and Khloe Smith.
