She was predeceased by: her brother Jeremy Shaw. She is survived by: her parents, Cherry Allen Dean and Jerry Shaw; her siblings, Derrick Balentine, Dallas Feltner (Jennifer), Elijah Feltner (Morgan), Candy Shaw and Chasity Gooch (Jim); and her stepbrother Bryan Shaw Numerous. She is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.

The family requests that no flowers or gifts be sent since there will be nothing held graveside.
