We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2021, at the age of 66, William Ed Tate of Rutledge, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Ed Tate to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Doris Pauline Tate (Polly); his grandparents, Carl, Nannie Smith, Dave and Mae Tate; his wife Norma Dalton Tate; his children, Chad Tate (Brittney), Brad Tate (Jessica) and Tara Collins (Richard); his father David Tate (Popeye); his brothers, Mike Tate (Frances) and Tim Tate; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Dalton, Richard Dalton and Jewell. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

In consideration of the health and safety of all those attending the services, Farrar Funeral Home strongly encourages all CDC guidelines be followed, including the use of face masks.
