She was predeceased by: her husband Charlie C. Hodge; her son Charlie Curtis Hodge Jr.; and her siblings, Paul Joyce and Irene Joyce. She is survived by: her son Robert Whitt; her close friend Vickie Fugate; and her pet Callie.

In lieu of flowers the family asks memorials to be made for funeral expenses.
