He is survived by: his children, Kiara Blake and Elijah Deacon Coffey; his parents, Stephen Coffey and Betty Coffey; his sister Chasity Langston (Daniel); his nieces and nephews, Spencer, Tucker, Teagan Langston, Sadie Langston and Sara Langston; his aunts, Thelma Adkins, Judy Fredrick, Ruby Nicely, Joe Coffey (Diane), Ann Jahnke (Chuck), Ronnie Coffey (Ruby), Eva Coffey, Maureen Glen (Richard), Marcella Helton (Dave), Sandra Lee (Dale), Judy Scarce (Jerry) and Peggy Diamond; his cousin Brad Windstead; and his close friend Heather Standifer. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
