Teresa Lynn Foster Dever Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Lynn Foster Dever of Rutledge, Tennessee, who passed away on April 4, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Foster and Mary Alice Foster; and her grandparents, Jim, Charlotte McCarter, Roy and Beulah Foster.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Dever; her daughters, Melissa Moore (Keith) of Jefferson City and Amanda Gilliam (Kelsey) of Dandridge; her grandchildren, Michael (Jennifer), Hayley, Ethan, Marley, Blake, Kaitlyn, Abigail, Macey, Hunter, Urbyn, Saylor and Ella; her great grandchildren, Jaxson and Landon; and her sisters, Fonda Garvin of New Market and Susan Shaver (Kenny) of Talbott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home - Jefferson City (411 W Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
The family request that in lieu of flowers donations be made toward the funeral bill.
