It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Caldwell of Rutledge, Tennessee, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sylvia Caldwell to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Phillips and Eleanor Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Boyd Caldwell; her daughter Kala Caldwell; and her siblings, Judy Renfro (Jack) and Terry Phillips (Sharon). She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, the family will hold a private graveside service at Oakland Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children Hospital.
