He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Harbin and Ruby Harbin; and his brother Dennis Harbin. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Harbin; his daughter Tonya Capps (Gregory); his granddaughters, Makenzi Williams (Jordan) and Sabrina Capps; his siblings, Judy Radford (Ed) and Gary Harbin (Pam); and his siblings-in-law, Don Satterfield (Jane), Shirley Brady and Pam Keemer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
