He was predeceased by: his wife Alice J. Waehner. He is survived by: his children, Melinda K. Baldwin, Connie S. Passow and Philip L. Waehner (Christina); and his siblings, Kenneth Waehner and Nancy Polmateer (Stan). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
