He was predeceased by: his parents, Sophie Maggard and Marion Maggard; his wife Helen Maggard; his close friend Betty Atkins; his children, Cecil Ray Maggard and Linda Carol Tillman; and his great grandchild Daniel Wayne Spradlin.
He is survived by: his children, Vivian Adams (Doug), Cathie Stamper (Rick), Greg Maggard (Toni), Delbert Maggard and Lydia (Austin).
