He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Horner and Hattie Horner; and his brothers, Lanny and Jack Horner. He is survived by: his wife Gearlene Douthat Horner; his daughters, Beth Smith (Craig), Charlene Wolfe (Robert) and Patty Wells; his sister Mitzi Edmonds; his sister-in-law Ethel Davis; his grandchildren, Amber McAnally (Jake), David Wolfe (Cassidy), Amy Clift (Zak), Sam Wolfe (Allison), Clint Sawyer (Emily), Faith Isaacs (George), Rob Wolfe (Clara), Sarah Beth Matthews (Jacob), Jake Sawyer (Lara) and Wesley Wells; and his friend Johnny Baskett, Sr.. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
