With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Larry Scoggins of Rutledge, Tennessee, who passed away on August 28, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Scoggins and Juanita Scoggins. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Scoggins; his son Joseph B. Scoggins; his grandson Jackson Joseph Scoggins; and his sister Jeanie Scoggins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers please make donations to East Tennessee Children's Hospital in Knoxville.
