He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Howard; and his grandfather Pete Ray. He is survived by: his children, Jeremiah Ray (Elizabeth) of Russellville and Kasi Richardson (Skylar) of Hugo, OK; his father Carrol Ray (Judy) of Whitesburg; his sisters, Angie Ray of Newport and Lora Smith (Stacey) of Whitesburg; his grandchildren, Tristan, Jack and Allie Richardson of Oklahoma; his grandmothers, Ruth Ray and Dorothy Howard; his uncle Jeff Howard; his aunts, Peggy Trent and Susie Morris; his great-aunts, Gladys Eidson and Bobbie Strange; his close friend Robin Arteburn; and his friend Kathy Waldrop. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends.
