He is survived by: his wife Alma Jean Couch Neff; his children, Elizabeth Ann Young, Loretta Brock (Mack), Hershell Young, Stephanie Harrell (Brad) and Carla Hartsell (Jerry); his siblings, Patsy Whitehead (Roscoe) and Ronald Neff (Margaret); and his sister-in-law Mildred Neff. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren.
