He is survived by: his wife Flo Harley; his children, Monica Harley and Frank Harley Jr.; his stepchildren, Jennifer Stewart (Keith) and Isaiah Givens (Shelby); his grandchildren, Catana Stewart, James Stewart, Damien Stewart, Hudson Givens and Grayson Givens; his siblings, James, Danny, Steven, Kelly, Anthony and Gail Payton (Hal); his stepmother Dorothy Peoples; and his close friends, Lester Byrd, Keith Stewart Jr., Isaiah Givens, Buck Parton, Keri Parton, Miss Carolyn Parton, Carrie Parton, Karen Turley, Mark Hipster, George, Stacey, Austin and Amy Cameron.
