He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Lamb and Ida Mae Huff Lamb; his wife Virginia Collins Lamb; his son Travis Duncan; his siblings, Jimmy, Larry, Ernie Lamb and Brenda Miles; and his grandson Gage Lamb.
He is survived by: his children, Calvin Lamb (Faith), James Lamb, Tina Gillispie, Vickie Duncan and Rhona Crowe; his siblings, Leroy, Paul Lamb and Barbara Lamb; and his grandchildren, Gabrial Lamb, Gavin Lamb, Jennifer Lamb, Nathan Roseberry, Candice Lamb, Taylor Mustard, Danielle Mustard, Ashley Lamb, Erika Huth, Kelli Barrett and Temperance Forsyth.
In accordance with Governor Beshear's mandates social distancing and facial coverings will be required.
