It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Allen Morgan (Rutledge, Tennessee), who passed away on July 13, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Deadrick and Louise; and his brothers, Bobby, Fayne, Jimmy Ray and Wayne Morgan.

He is survived by: his wife Faye; his grandchildren, Emily, Lynette, Laura, Katie, Megan, Dylan, Brittany, Elizabeth and Lucas; his great grandchildren, Micah, Lana, Emma Kate, Berkley, Malakai, Ellie and Allie; his sister Imogene Tinsley; his friend Bentley; and also, Teresa Morgan, Vince Morgan, Denise Morgan, Mark Morgan, Janet Morgan, DeeDee Evans, Tim Evans, Wendy Russell and Rob Russell.
