She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Coffey and Vada Coffey; her sons, Terry Atkins and Dennis Atkins; and her sisters, Geneva Dalton and Ruby Lee Atkins.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sheree Atkins and Susie Dean (Randy); her grandchildren, Dustin Dean (Tabby), Shayna Dean and Randy Hispshire; her great grandchild Drew Dean; her brothers, Bobby Coffey (Linda), T. J. Coffey (Cathy) and Enos Coffey (Crystal); and her close friends, Ralph Maggard, Ira Mallicoat, Sharon Grooms (Wade), LeeAnn Hayes (Junior) and Phyllis Whitt (Vernon).
