He is survived by: his son Kelvin Tosh (Christy); his siblings, Ruth Tosh Jacobs, Jean Webb and David Tosh; his grandchildren, Morgan Cooper (Chance) and Emalyn Tosh; and his great grandchildren, Blakely and Bryleigh Cooper.
