She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Kelley and Shirley Kelley. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Ryan Perry and Tara N. Kelley; her brothers, Mark Kelley and Marty Kelley; her grandchildren, Talan Perry and Koen Perry; and her stepgrandsons, David, Tommy and Joseph Kish.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Walden's Puddle Wildlife Center in Tamara's honor.
