He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Edward Jensen and Lois Eubank Jensen; and his wife Shirley Ann Thomas Jensen. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Jensen (Anady), Chris Jensen (Christa), Isaiah Jensen (Amanda), Joshua Jensen (Haley), Jonathan Jensen (Brooke), Marybeth Jensen and Rebecca Jensen; and his sister Gail Farley. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
