He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Toombs; his children, Stephen Mann Toombs (Stephanie) and April Toombs Reece (Andy); his grandchildren, Lainey Toombs, Easton Adams, Stephen Toombs Jr., Stella Toombs, Steely Toombs, Taylor Reece and Anna Reece; and his great grandchild Hendrix Toombs.
