She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Young and Grace Young; and her siblings, Eunice Mae Young, Myrtle Ruth Thurston and John G Young.
She is survived by: her husband Albert Godsey; her daughter Michelle Pope (Barry); her granddaughter Ashlyn Orantes (Leo); and her great grandchild Margot Anne Orantes.
