He is survived by: his wife Mary Howard; his daughters, Kimberly Maddox (Derrick) and Nicole Lee (Brandon); his grandchildren, Carter, Jake Maddox, Claire and Cate Lee; and his siblings, Corbett Howard III of Celina Texas, Steven Lee Howard of New Braunfels Texas, William Scott Howard of Arlington Texas, Diana Lynne Howard of Murfreesboro Tennessee and Susan Howard Bowles of Abilene Texas.
