He was predeceased by: his parents, Royce Weaver Shofner, Sr. and Geraldine Blevins Shofner; and his brother Randy Shofner. He is survived by: his wife Jane Dyer Shofner; and his children, Gregory Allen Shofner and Catherine Shofner Harrison.
