He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Niebeling and Phyllis Niebeling. He is survived by: his children, Robert Allen Niebeling (Faith) and Jennifer Shafer; and his sisters, Tina Thomas and Carol Painter. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
