She is survived by: her husband Bill Underwood; her son David Underwood; her mother Lounette Neely Smotherman; her sisters, Tammy Dawson (Marty), Lisa Hackney (Todd) and Shannon Barrett (Jimmy); and her grandchildren, Valorie and Claire Underwood.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Haynes Chapel Church.
