He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl L. Bell and Mary Claire Gill; his brother Carl Bell, Jr.; his sister-in-law Beth Smith Bell; and his niece Vanessa Bell.
He is survived by: his brothers, Daniel Hugh Bell and Terry Bell; his sister-in-law Gwen Provo Bell; his niece Kennedy Claire Bell; his great-niece Lilly Clifton; and his great-nephew Austin Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home (820 S Church St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
