He is survived by: his wife Gail Rigsby Armstrong; his siblings, Teresa Armstrong and Mark Armstrong; his stepsons, Jeffrey Raffield (Heather) of Athens, TN and Jonathan Raffield of Murfreesboro; his grandson Jack Thomas Raffield (JT) of Athens, TN; his nephew Steven Armstrong; and his nieces, Amber Armstrong and Krisi Armstrong.
