He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Fathera and Barbara Fathera; and his sister Donna K. Price. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Fathera; his son Jeremy Fathera; his stepdaughter Amanda Porterfield; his siblings, Roger Fathera (Kathey) and Sherry Page (Mike); his brothers-in-law, Michael Winfrey and Jeff Winfrey (Karen); and his nephew Robert Page (Bobby). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 2 great grand children, 2 nieces.
