He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester I. Garrett and Carmene Manus Jones; and his siblings, Ricky Garrett and Carol Curray. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Joel Garrett (Trena), Dallen Clay Garrett, Tanya Nicole Davis (Greg) and Meagan Elizabeth Titshaw (Blake); his siblings, Leonard Garrett (Jewel), Emily Corley (Charlie), John Garrett, Cindy Garrett and Lester Garrett; and his grandchildren, Dominic Davis, Brayden Saylors, Brycen Titshaw and Mackenzie Titshaw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
