It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Williams of Rutherford, Tennessee, born in Smithville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 18, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Edward Waggoner and Florence Marie Parton Waggoner; her husband Roy D. Williams; her brothers, J. D. Waggoner and Alvie Waggoner; and her daughter Venus Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janette Dykes (Steve) and Annette Warrick; her brother Danny Waggoner (Louise); and her grandchildren, Ray Warrick (Kelsey), Nathan Warrick, Kyle Dykes, Hanna Warrick and Logan Warrick.
