He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Jared and Martha Francis Hall; and his siblings, Bill Batey, Bobby Hall, Patty Hall, Robby Hall, Polly Young and Molly Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lynn Hall; his daughter Tonia Fletcher; and his stepchildren, Randy Reed, Shana Morris (Brian) and Jenny Marsh (Marty). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
