He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Thurston and Hassie Bell Brewer; and his siblings, Jessie Brewer, Cliff Brewer and Dorothy Jean Midget.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Brewer; his children, Jimmy L Brewer (Katie), Willie Cliff Brewer, Kathy Espeseth, Michelle Perdue (Loren), Crystal Finley and Mary Lea (Robert); and his sister Helen Ford. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
