He is survived by: his children, Pamela Garland Shanley (Michael) of Myrtle Beach, Stuart Lane Garland and John E. Garland (Heather); his siblings, Joseph Camille Garland (Vicki) of Benton, LA, David Garland (Elizabeth) of Mandeville, LA, Sandra Garland Hardy of Savannah, GA and Anna Garland Beaird of Garland, TX; his grandchildren, Tara Camille Boling, Luke M. Garland, Jake H. Garland, Noah W. Garland and Noah A. Garland; and his great grandchildren, Mallory Christine Boling, Emma Lee Boling and Scarlett Hannah Boling.
