He is survived by: his wife Melanie Butler; his sons, Josh Butler (Amber) and Jacob Butler (Brittany); his sisters, Dava Yarbro (Jason) and Janet Fuchs (Steve); and his granddaughter Ellie Butler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial can be made to the Faith Riders of Tennessee, Tanya Taylor Mission Fund, or Salem Methodist Church Cemetery Fund.
