We bid farewell to James Brian Vogt of Rutherford, Tennessee, born in Upper Saint Clair, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 6, 2025 at the age of 65. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Smith Vogt and Howard P. Vogt; his brother Paul Vogt; and his pets, Cujo, Dolly, Gracie and Ella.
He is survived by: his wife Angelia M. Vogt; his children, Matthew Vogt (Hilary), Charlotte Vogt (Charlie) and Caroline Vogt of Pittsburgh, PA; his stepchildren, Randall Prymek (Shari Ivey) of Maumelle, AR and Ashley Prymek of Murfreesboro; and his pets, Stanley, Sidney, Olive, Mimi and Scarlet.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to local animal shelters, Mario Lemieux Foundation or St. Judes Hospital in his honor.
