He is survived by: his wife Anne Hollis Kemp; and his children, Randy Kemp of Memphis, Cindy Kemp Richerson (Paul) of Evans Georgia and Mike Kemp of Rutherford, Tennessee. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
