He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Cook and Willette Harris Cook; his daughter Lounita C. Howard; and his sister Audrey Juanita Sauls. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Davis Cook; his brother Vernon Cook (Sue); his children, Chip Cook (Hope) of Milton, Richard Cook (Lisa) and Cindy Cook; his son-in-law Bobby Howard; his close friend Traci Welchance; and his grandchildren, Crystal Baird (J. D.), Melody Morgan (Rod), DeAnna Allen (Tyler) and Charles Cook (JoAnna). He is also survived by four great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
