It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Gannon Hackney of Rutherford, Tennessee, who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Gannon and Mary Mace Vaughter Gannon; her husband Frank Lee Hackney; her son Robert Bruce Hackney; and her siblings, Hershal Gannon, Jack Gannon, Fred Gannon, Tennie Coss, Lela Baker, Blanche Browning and Fannie Gannon.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Hackney (Jeanne), Ralph Hackney (Crystal), Betty Kay Francis and Mary Romans. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
