He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph William Payne and Norah Young Payne; his wife Lynn Dement Payne; his children, Mike Payne, Stacey Smith (Craig) of Dickson, TN and Brian Coleman (Lisa) of Milan, TN; his daughter-in-law Janna Coleman Layne; his grandchildren, Ian Smith, Tate Smith McMeans (Nathan), Lauren Coleman, Daniel Coleman, Luke Coleman, Adelyn Coleman, Adam Coleman, Andrew Coleman and Addison Coleman; his great grandchild Evelyn; and his sister Joan Moss (Colleen Payne Savedra) of Las Vegas, NV. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
