She is survived by: her daughter Titans; her parents, Floyd Burks and Janet Hamby Burks; her husband Jerry Lokey, Jr.; her daughters, Kaydence Lokey and Delilah Lokey; her siblings, Austen Burks (Cheyenne Tittle) and Chelsie Lutton (Brady); her grandparents, Conley and Trudy Hamby; her sister-in-law Chastity Roberts; her mother-in-law Tammy Boles (Sam); her brother-in-law Clayton Lokey; and her father-in-law Jerry Lokey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
