He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Kale Whited; his sons, Scott Andrew Cousino, Timothy Charles Cousino and Jason James Whited; his brothers, Gerald Whited and Richard Whited; and his grandchildren, Savanna, Spencer and Jonathan.
