He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Bly and Elsie Hale Bly; his wife Alta Marie Goard Bly; his daughter Sandra Brown; and his siblings, Bobby Bly, Buddy Bly, Lorene Lorance and Dorothy Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Bly (Judy), Jerry Bly (Kim), Diane Bly and Cindy Harrell; his grandchildren, Tonya Patient (Rick), Billy Bly, Charles Bly, Brian Baskin, Roger Baskin, Eddie Harrell, Crystal Brown and Daniel Brown; and his pet Susie. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and his companion.
