She was predeceased by: her husband Rutherford Jack Mahan, Jr.; and her parents, Grover Berryman and Della Berryman (Mitchell). She is survived by: her sons, Michael Mahan (Elisabeth), Patrick Mahan (Cindy) and Gregory Mahan (Gretchen); and her siblings, Molly Norman, Alfred Berryman and Leonard Berryman. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, sponsor a front line worker or plant a beautiful flower in her memory.
